Here's some answers to a few of the questions you may have during your time at ILS

How do transfers work between the airport and hotel at the start and end of my trip?

Transfers are provided by AVIS Travel and are included in your ticket.

ARRIVING AT TIRANA:

When you arrive, head to the arrivals hall and look for someone holding a sign with 'AVIS Travel' or 'Catalyst' - they will know you are coming and check you off their list. As there are many leaders flying in from across the world, the transfer company may ask you to wait for up to thirty minutes to allow for other guests to join the same transfer vehicle. The transfer company will bring you directly from the airport to the hotel where you can check-in.

We will try to monitor your arrival, but if your flight is delayed, please let us know if you can so we can adjust the transfer pickup time.

DEPARTING THE HOTEL:

AVIS will take you directly to the airport with plenty of time before your flight. We will let you know when you can check the list of tranfers required and the times you will need to be at the hotel reception for you to check - this will usually be from Wednesday evening onwards.

If you need to know this before Wednesday evening, please ask Chris or Sharon.

How do I check-in?

Please check-in at the hotel reception desk upon arrival informing them you are a Catalyst ILS delegate. The ILS team will be in reception to help you if you have any questions.

Sign-in for the conference will be available 1 hour before our first session begins - please make your way to the conference room to collect your name badge and let us know you are here.

What food and drink is included and what do I need to pay for separately?

Your ILS ticket covers food and drink in the hotel restaurant during meal times. It also covers refreshments during our main meetings and seminars.

It does NOT cover the mini-bar in your room or drinks outside of our set times or meal times together.

Who do I contact if I need any help?

The hotel team will be able to help with any hotel matters or an emergency.
